History of MUN Extension Service

Lay Summary

We are interviewing former fieldworkers and others who worked for Memorial's Extension Service. MUN Extension was a leader in developing methods of fostering community development, and it provided the foundation for rural development policies in both Canada and in other countries. Our intention is to recover the oral history of this group's important work and enable current policy makers and communities to learn from the experience of their forebears.
