Lay Summary
A workshop and conference convening the Resources and Sustainable Development in the Arctic (ReSDA) research network, and welcoming northern partners and industry and community representatives from within Labrador and across the north. ReSDA’s primary mandate is to find ways to maximize the benefits and minimize the costs of resource development for local communities, and the annual workshops support this goal by providing a venue for disseminating ongoing research and consulting with community stakeholders about future research directions. The workshop theme for 2014 was “Well-Being.” A workshop report is available at http://yukonresearch.yukoncollege.yk.ca/resda/knowledge-sharing/workshop....
