Easy Receipt provides a new approach to producing sales receipts. By eliminating the use of paper receipts and replacing them with a more convenient action of transferring the receipts to the day-to-day customer. Easy Receipt will reduce/eliminate the large amount of BPA-coated thermal paper required by retail stores by integrating with their existing POS systems. Day-to-day customers will be introduced to a new era of receiving and storing store receipts. With just a tap to their smartphones from our product, the store will be able to provide them with a more simple and illustrative receipt.
In addition, Easy Receipt will be storing and organizing the data from both sides of the transaction on a cloud which is useful for all parties (consumer and merchant). The merchant can access this data to improve products and marketing to put the customers at the center of their business decisions. Customers can access this data for expense tracking.
Impact on customers: Most retail centers store physical thermal paper receipts in local storage for at least a year before they discard them and make space for new receipts. Our service will store all the receipts in a secure cloud database and organize them using AI so that querying any receipt or product sales will become faster and more convenient. The stores would no longer need expensive scanners and expanse tracking software for all their purchase and sales invoices.
